Appraisal Process
Upon your inquiry/ordering an appraisal, we will provide you with a free quote by phone or email.
The size of the property/ house, location, and purpose of the appraisal are among some of the factors that may influence the cost of the appraisal.
Upon confirmation by you to proceed with the appraisal, an appointment will be scheduled with you or property contact for an exterior and interior inspection. Only a CRA designated appraiser will be inspecting and completing the appraisal report (no students/candidates).
Most appraisals will be completed within 2 business days and in some cases if required, an "expedited service" may be available upon request.
Once the appraisal report is completed, it will be emailed to you/ the client.
